The project
A fashion editorial with photographer Olga Salasc and the couture brand Heron Mortuum. The set reads as raw industrial architecture; the whole shoot cost €502.
My role
I ran the production and designed the set. Over three days I built it alone from hardware-store materials: a wall of plastic tiles with holes cut for the smoke machine and lights, a pipe made of plastic and spray paint, and a concrete floor made from wallpaper. I found the props, styled the shoot and kept the team of eight on schedule: photographer, makeup artist, gaffer, videographer, assistant, model, couturier and me.
The challenge
Making cheap materials read as real architecture under smoke and strong light.
The result
In Frame ran the story as its cover in July 2026. Six magazines selected it in total, with more issues to follow.
